The same flair, the same creativity, the same imagination.
The master of haute cuisine Oliver Glowig chose Globus by It’s Stone to decorate his renowned eponymous restaurant at the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese in Rome.
Globus – designed by the Architect Sara Lucci – is a centrepiece carved in basaltina stone, whose circular shape represents both the world and the conviviality of a table set for sharing.
Oliver Glowig is a two Michelin starred chef famous for experimenting with exceptional flavours, for his passionate and constant search for the best quality ingredients and for the dedication he puts in the creation of every dish: three criteria that led him to create a whole new, fascinating culinary concept.

His restaurant, ranking among the top Italian ones, finds its natural home within the frame of the contemporary charm of the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese, a five stars hotel located in Rome’s most elegant residential area, between the Villa Borghese gardens and the historical reminiscences of Valle Giulia and the Borghese Gallery.
The Aldrovandi Villa Borghese is more than just a hotel: it is an elegant oasis of endless relax with the amenities of a resort in the heart of the Eternal City.
The same flair, the same creativity and the same imagination: three ideal ingredients for the perfect blend between It’s Stone top class creations and Oliver Glowig’s haute cuisine.
